The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Cocktail
1 25 ml shot glass of Dubonnet
Turn over the “English” shot glass and add a splash of Beefeater Gin.
Pour into a Champagne glass.
Fill remainder of the Champagne glass with Prosecco – slowly with a swizzle stick.
