Imprisoned by hunger, millions of children will go hungry because of public policy favoring the wealthy.

Congress could cut funds any moment that help feed many millions – 7 million are young children.  In this era of the super-wealthy, more and more people are going hungry, and that is just not acceptable.  Help Mercy Corps send a message to two key Congress members, Granger and Lowey, urging them to simply keep the current funds intact – just one-tenth of 1% of the budget.  Take a few seconds to send your message now.

Let’s Not imprison children with hunger.  It’s just wrong.

While the possibility that millions more will go hungry every night because of skyrocketing food prices,  there is something you can do.  Join the Mercy Foundations efforts to reach congress people to stop this travesty.  Take action today.  Lets try to stem the tide of inequality when it comes to hunger.  That’s why we call this site  “Every Body Eats  News“.  Everybody needs to eat every day.  Do your part.  Log on and contact these congressmen.
