ECKHARDT’S EXTREME DIET LUNCH #3. HCG: 40 POUNDS IN 40 DAYS

It does sound improbable that you could lose a pound a day for forty days and never feel hungry or deprived, but I’m here to tell you it works.  Here’s my go-to lunch.  Try it.  You’ll want the diet  tojan19 2016 food shots 03a

This is the basic HCG diet adapted from the Italian Gynecologist who invented it more than 50 years ago when he discovered that his pregnant patients lost fat but not muscle when enjoying the benefits of all natural HCG hormone.

Find yourself a doctor working the HCG protocol, prepare to give yourself a shot in the belly daily for forty days.  It is amazing.

Basically it goes like this.  You give yourself a HCG hormone shot daily.  Believe me, you’ll never even feel it.  Your cravings will disappear.  You’ll never feel hungry and the weight will simply fall off.

Drink 1 gallon of water a day.

Get up in the morning and eat your first meal at 11 am

1 great apple

12:30  lunch such as the salad I made today.

4:00 pm  eat another apple

6:00 pm  eat a dinner that is the same as the lunch.

I know this sounds really boring, but if you’ll follow along with me as I create recipes, you’ll see it’s not so bad.  The food is top quality.  fresh and nutritious. 

I am losing 1 pound a day and I’m able to eat out with friends.  I am never hungry.  I am never out of sorts. My sweets cravings evaporated in three days.  That for me,  is a miracle.  This works.   Try it.

Eckhardt’s Extreme Diet Lunch Salad #3

makes 1 serving

2 large handfuls shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix)

4 cherry tomatoes, quartered

1/3 cucumber, peeled, and chopped

Juice and zest of ½ Meyer (or plain) lemon

Spritz of freshly grated tellicherry pepper + sea salt

1//2 teaspoon almond slices

100 grams of protein:  white fish, including canned tuna in olive oil, or poached chicken breast
