Broccoli Slaw with Berry Tomatoes, Blueberries, Tuna

Dress this salad with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, Himalayan sea salt, tellicherry pepper and chia seeds.  You’ll get enhanced nutritional benefit from your lunch.

Serves 1

2 big handfuls of broccoli slaw

4 berry tomatoes, halved

2 tablespoons fresh blueberries

100 grams Italian tuna fish, canned in water and drained

Sea salt and freshly milled black pepper

1 tablespoon EACH apple cider vinegar and chia seeds

Toss to mix and serve at once.
