Autumn is here. Try an Autumnal Apple Cocktail. Yesssss

Here in the Texas Hill Country, we are all looking forward to the cooler temperatures and beautiful Fall colors. And, it’s the perfect time to try out our newest Autumn cocktail offering – the Green Orchard Highball – offered at Crooked Branch – JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa. This special cocktail, a refreshing blend of brandy, apple and lemon juice, honey and ginger beer – celebrates the all-American green apple. It’s harvest time!

GREEN ORCHARD HIGHBALL

1.5 oz. Laird Applejack Brandy

1 oz. Unfiltered Apple Juice

0.5 oz. Lemon Juice

0.5 oz. Raw Honey Syrup

1 sprig Fresh Tarragon

2 oz. Ginger Beer

Combine all ingredients except ginger beer in mixing glass.

Add ice and shake.

Double strain over fresh ice in a highball glass.

Fill with Ginger Beer and stir.

Garnish with dried apple chip and fresh tarragon sprig.
