Peachy: High Season for Peaches is Upon us

By on July 20, 2019

If you want to enjoy peaches right now, when they are at the peak of their season,  I’d suggest you run to your nearest farmer’s market and follow your nose to those peaches, for you see, you can always tell ripe peaches by their unmistakable perfume.

My friend, Shirley Barr, who has been advising me on cooking for lo these many years sent me her new recipe for a Peach Smoothie.  Wow is it good. I just had this for breakfast and was it yummy.  Try it yourself and thanks, Shirl.  You never steer me wrong.

2 cups chopped peaches

` cup plain yogurt
